✐ It was inevitable that this moment was going to come :) Starting from my pregnancy posts on to my mommy experience posts, I've been wanting to have a little corner where I can share some more with you about mommy-hood; so today, i'm introducing my new section called "Mama Cat!" in which i'll be sharing my life as a new mom, product reviews, suggestions and more!

Let's start the new section with a review of Dr. Smith's Diaper Rash Ointment, a product sent to me kindly by them. This cream helps prevent diaper rash as well as seal in moisture from the baby's pompis...(little butt)
At first I wasn't sure if I was going to need it because even though I got it a month ago, I wasn't able to use it being that my baby is at home with me and I change him quite often and he hasn't had any rashes. But hey, nothing is perfect and just the other day I discovered some redness on him while changin his diaper. He has been really active lately, crawling over all the place and I believe the friction got to his little delicate skin. So, I said "perfect time to give Dr. Smith ointment a try!"

So I did, and guess what? I was impressed! The thick, white cream worked really fast. By the next diaper change I could notice a significant improvement and by the next one to two changes the redness was gone. I did clean him and reapply with every change. I was also satisfied with the fact that this diaper ointment does not contain perfumes or dyes, something I try to avoid on all baby products that I use.

In this case, as the box says, my baby stays with a "Happy Pomis!"

The ointment comes in different sizes and presentations.

Natural Skincare for Moms. MaMi Skincare Review and Giveaway! ( Reseña y Rifa)

✐ As a mother to be and an avid organic/natural supporter, it's always great to find companies that do not use hazardous chemicals in their products. Especially skincare products, which go directly into your skin and can possibly reach your blood stream. I know it sounds scary! So when MaMi Skincare approached me to try their natural, no toxins, no parabens, no filters, no petrolatum and no sodium laureth products I was thrilled! I

Taking care of your Cream - Gel Eyeliners

Dry Eyeliners English: Hello! This past week I spent my time cleaning, organizing and remodeling my home office/studio. During this time, I found all of these cream and gel eyeliners that were completely dried up, even some that I had never used. In my ongoing search to find the perfect gel eyeliner, these little guys died during their quest to fulfill my eyeliner needs. Poor guys. As a result, here are some things I learned when it comes to eyeliners: Don't buy more than one product of the same color Immediately close the gel eyeliner after using it Keep your eyeliners close to your daily makeup area for quick easy access Don't buy colors that you are not use to using. You can always use a color pencil or eye shadows as a substitute  Spanish: Hola les cuento que esta semana estuve limpiando, organizando y remodelando mi oficina/estudio.

New Spring Lipsticks Shades by Milani Cosmetics

Para leer en Español da click aquí.  Hi everyone! Let me tell you about the new shades of the Color Perfect Lipsticks from Milani  Cosmetics .  This is my first time trying them and I'm quite happy about their quality. Milani came out with three new pink shades, two new reds and two new darker tones. You can find my favorites marked with a heart in the photos below.  Pros: Over 30 shades to choose from The lipstick is very creamy but does not run outside your lip-line.  Very pigmented, even the light shades cover my naturally dark lips.  The pointy shape of the product might help for a better application for those who have small lips. The lid of the lipstick snaps in place, lowering the chances of the product to opening and possibly making a mess in a purse or makeup bag. Price: $4.99   Cons: The smell! I can't describe it very well but it's kind of a intense fruity smell. The good thing is that it fades away when the product is applied
